Hualuogeng Middle School in Huizhou City is a municipal key high school and a national model high school in Guangdong Province. The school has been designated as a deputy-level institution, with 93 classes and more than 4,900 students.

The teaching building has 108 ordinary classrooms equipped with multimedia equipment, 15 special multimedia classrooms and 3 multi-functional stepped classrooms. The laboratory building has 56 scientific laboratories and auxiliary rooms, and 30 multimedia function rooms.

On March 28th, Huizhou Municipal People's Government signed a contract with the Organizing Committee of China Cup to hold the National Huajin Cup Junior Mathematics Invitational Tournament in Huizhou for a long time, and hold five consecutive China Cup 10 finals in Huizhou.
