Three kinds of thinking in education
? First of all, administrative thinking is a kind of longitudinal thinking, which emphasizes the management of superiors to subordinates and the obedience of subordinates to superiors. The basic way of working is to formulate various rules and regulations, and then supervise and inspect the appraisal, rewarding the superior and punishing the inferior. The iconic slogan of this way of thinking is "No rules, no Fiona Fang". Almost all educational administrators think and work mainly in this way of thinking, and many teachers also rely on this way of thinking. This has created a large number of management teachers and formal teachers. This way of thinking is deeply rooted and supported by a strong cultural background (official standard). It belongs to a strong way of thinking and is the first choice of most teachers. Teachers are usually like this. When they come up, they will take care of it. If they can't control it, they will think of love. If not, they will be at a loss.

Second, literary thinking is more fashionable than administrative thinking. It holds high the banner of "humanistic care" and occupies the moral commanding heights. It is tangible, aggressive and powerful. Dare you say that you don't love students? I dare not, I should say "I can't love you too much". Literary thinking and moral thinking are inseparable, so I put them together and call them literary thinking. The main feature of this way of thinking is to emphasize morality and emotion, distinguish right from wrong in advance, and pay attention to feelings. Its basic working methods are moving with emotion, understanding with reason, telling stories, engaging in activities, grandstanding, influencing problem students with the warmth of teachers and classmates, and applying moral pressure to solve problems with collective public opinion. The iconic slogan of this way of thinking is: "Without love, there is no education." This way of thinking has created many loving teachers, and their deeds have moved people to tears.

? Third, scientific thinking. This way of thinking does not pay attention to vertical management like administrative thinking, moral evaluation like administrative thinking and literary thinking, and pays attention to interpersonal relationships. It is a rational and calm research attitude: find out the real situation, make logical reasoning, analyze problems, solve problems and check the effect. The iconic slogan of this way of thinking is "No investigation, no right to speak". This way of thinking will produce research-oriented teachers.

? Lack of scientific thinking is the normal state of teachers' professional quality. For many years, we had only two weapons-administration and literature (morality). Scientific thinking and scientific spirit are scarce in primary and secondary education.
