The school takes China traditional culture as the cornerstone, modern science and technology culture as the guide, and "building a humanistic Hanlin and building a harmonious campus" as the development goal. Over the past three years or so, we have standardized running schools according to law, actively explored the ways of running nine-year compulsory education in the Special Zone, and done a lot of fruitful basic work to vigorously, steadily and orderly promote the healthy and scientific development of newly-built schools. School management, the construction of teaching staff and the quality of education and teaching have been rapidly developed and improved, fully affirmed by the competent authorities and won wide acclaim from all walks of life. In June 2008, the first junior high school graduates took part in the senior high school entrance examination, and achieved remarkable results, with an average score of nearly 530 points, achieving the high-quality school-running effect of "low enrollment and high enrollment" and the short-term goal of "seeing results in the first three years". The future development goal of the school is to turn the school into a balanced, high-quality and information-based nine-year model school.
