Those who fail to fill in the high-tech annual report for two years will be disqualified from high-tech enterprises.

Other undisclosed ones may lead to the cancellation of high-tech qualifications. For example, the data filled in quarterly reports and annual reports do not meet the requirements of the high-tech enterprise system; Financial management is not standardized, and there is tax evasion. Those who evade taxes will be disqualified from high-tech enterprises.

Other reasons that may lead to the cancellation of high-tech qualifications without disclosure include:

1) The data reported in quarterly and annual reports do not meet the requirements of the high-tech enterprise system;

2) The quarterly report, annual report or application materials are inconsistent with the tax return data;

3) R&D expense special account management has not been established, or the special account management is not standardized;

4) the patent conditions do not meet or the degree of correlation is low;

5) Irregular financial management, tax evasion, etc.

Two, cancel the qualification of high-tech enterprises after the punishment

For high-tech enterprises that have been recognized, if the relevant departments find that they do not meet the recognition conditions in the daily management process, they shall submit them to the accreditation body for review. If it is confirmed by review that it does not meet the accreditation conditions, the accreditation body shall cancel its qualification as a high-tech enterprise, and notify the tax authorities to recover the tax concessions it has enjoyed since the year that does not meet the accreditation conditions, and the competent department of science and technology shall recover the allocated incentive funds.

Enterprises with high qualifications that have been cancelled may not apply for high qualifications again in that year. Public companies and listed companies need to announce the reasons for canceling high qualifications.
