To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above; To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have graduated from a secondary normal school or above; To apply for the qualification of a junior high school teacher, one should have a teacher's college degree or above; To apply for the qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and teachers in secondary specialized schools, technical schools, vocational high schools and specialized courses, one should have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities. To apply for the qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school, one should have graduated from a secondary vocational school or above, and have a professional technical position of equivalent assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate workers or above.

(3) Putonghua certificate requires obtaining the corresponding Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate. To apply for the qualification of high school and junior high school teachers, they should meet the second-class and above standards promulgated by the State Language Committee. To apply for the qualification of a primary school or kindergarten teacher, it shall reach the standard of Grade Two or above.
(4) Physical examination requirements: able to meet the needs of education and teaching, with good physical fitness. Physical examination was conducted in a second-class first-class hospital designated by the accreditation body according to the prescribed procedures and physical examination standards, and the physical examination conclusion was qualified.

The qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers are recognized by the teacher qualification accreditation office of Dayi County Education Bureau; The qualifications of practice instructors in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools are recognized by the Teacher Qualification Accreditation Guidance Center of Chengdu Education Bureau.

6. Original and photocopy of household registration certificate or residence permit.
