China Private Education Student Information Network, referred to as "Xue Min Network", is sponsored by Hunan Jiao Min Information Technology Co., Ltd., and is a website dedicated to the national private education information service, and is headed by the Ministry of Education and policy guidance institutions (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Commerce, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Development and Reform Commission). Private educational institutions, trade associations, scientific research institutes and related experts and scholars in the United Nations jointly build the only public information service platform for private college students in China.

In order to promote the informatization construction of private higher education, implement Decree No.29 of the Ministry of Education, standardize the enrollment, student status management and employment of non-academic education in private universities nationwide, ensure the disclosure and perfection of employment information of non-academic education students, accurately reflect the supply and demand of private higher education, guide the reasonable adjustment and balance of supply and demand of private higher education, and promote the healthy development of private education industry, we have discussed and studied with relevant experts and leaders of the Ministry of Education, China Private Education Association, China Promotion Association and Ministry of Labor and Social Security for many times.
