1. Academic qualification certification is a business of international students' academic qualification certification carried out by the Service Center for Studying Abroad of the Ministry of Education: all the corresponding degree certificates or diplomas obtained by studying formal courses in foreign universities will be certified and the certificates issued by the state will be obtained.

2. List of materials for applying for foreign degree certification:

A two-inch color ID photo;

Original and photocopy of all language degree certificates or higher education diplomas obtained abroad;

Original and photocopy of the complete official transcript of the degree to be certified; Winners of foreign research-oriented degrees are required to provide the original and photocopy of the official letter of certification issued by the school, which covers the starting and ending date of study, research direction, degree awarding and other information.

Original Chinese translation of foreign certificates and transcripts (research certificates) that need to be certified (translation by a formal translation agency (company) is required, and personal translation is invalid);

Original and photocopy of all passports of the applicant (including all visa records and entry and exit records during studying abroad);

The original and photocopy of the certificate of returned overseas students issued by the Chinese embassy (consulate) abroad;

Original and photocopy of the last higher education diploma before going abroad.

Written authorization statement of the applicant.
