In view of this situation, the city put forward the educational requirements of "two improvements and three clarifications" when implementing honesty education. First, improve teachers' and students' understanding of the connotation of honesty; The second is to improve the honesty and trustworthiness of teachers and students. At the same time, the requirements of honest principals are clarified: honesty, dedication, honesty, consistency, performance, and taking the lead in setting an example; Clarify the requirements of honest teachers: abide by discipline and law, be honest in teaching, love their posts and work hard, teach and educate people, be pragmatic, be brave in innovation and keep pace with the times; Clarify the requirements of honest students: respect teachers, obey rules and discipline, study honestly, do things honestly, be self-respecting and self-disciplined, and learn to be a man. At the beginning of 2003, the city's education system held a mobilization meeting of "society pays attention to education, education serves the society, and honesty is educated in Yancheng", which mobilized and deployed honesty education extensively; Immediately, a column was set up in the main media of Yancheng City to publicize the significance, purpose, task and requirements of implementing honesty education. All parts of the city and schools make full use of propaganda positions and insist on moral education with integrity as the focus. Through various forms, such as the signing ceremony of ten thousand people's honesty, the oath of ten thousand teachers and students, the speech contest of "Honesty Walk with Me", the essay writing of "Honesty Image in My Heart" and the report meeting of "Honesty at a New Starting Point", teachers and students will be inspired to start from small things around them, improve their honesty, and educate people with honesty. Second, run schools according to law, implement responsibilities and implement integrity management. Cultivating honest teachers and students requires not only education, but also strengthening management. By running the school according to law, establish a modern school management system and restrain behavior. Therefore, we introduce credit management into the education system. Three severe measures were taken. The first is to establish electronic files for students. Electronic archives record students' basic situation, special physiological conditions, mental health indicators, outstanding deeds and bad records. And take credit score as the evaluation index. The second is to establish a stain elimination system. For students' occasional small mistakes, they can make up for mistakes and eliminate stains. The establishment of credit files has cultivated students' credit quality and enhanced their awareness and ability of self-education and self-management. Third, try to manage teachers' contracts, clarify their respective rights and obligations, implement responsibilities and requirements, establish credit files and record the performance of activities. Education under the condition of market economy has dual attributes, both public welfare and industry. To this end, we require all kinds of schools at all levels in the city to effectively improve their work style, taking people's satisfaction and dissatisfaction as the highest principle, and whether it conforms to the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people. Do practical things, tell the truth, seek practical results, do not cheat, do not exaggerate, standardize school-running behavior, purify school spirit, teaching spirit and study style, build an honest campus, and win the trust of students, parents and society. At the same time, it also provides a space and atmosphere for the implementation of honesty education.

Integrity education, integrity management and integrity service are organically linked and trinity work. Integrity management and integrity service permeate the requirements of integrity education, which depends on integrity management and integrity service. The organic combination of honesty education, honesty management and honesty service constitutes the horizontal elements of honesty campus.

In the activity of creating an honest campus, carrying out this concept is the requirement of the essential attribute of an honest campus. In the process of building an honest campus in our city, three kinds of characteristic activities with innovative value have emerged. The first is honest narrative activities.
