After reading it, I benefited a lot Teacher Yu Jie's educational thoughts and wisdom have unique views on education, students, class management, students' ideological work and students' mental health. I was deeply impressed by her views and her management of the class. At the same time, I, a teacher with certain teaching experience, found the way forward and saw the future and hope. Here, I can find the latest educational ideas; I can learn valuable experience here. From the imprint of teachers' growth, we can see the shadow of our own progress; From her successful education case, I found some methods suitable for us. Let me make clear my goal as a teacher, that is, to be a teacher who is brave in self-criticism, good at accumulation, good at reflection, caring, brave in challenges and has goals!

Some people say that love is a lamp that illuminates you in the dark; Love is a poem that warms the longing heart in the cold; Love is the wind in summer, the sun in winter, the rain in spring and the fruit in autumn. Yes, the educational idea of the famous educator Yu Jie just proves this point. She devoted all her love to the education she loved. For decades, love has been like a child, writing love scenes with her "years of burning passion". She integrated herself into the class family, entered the emotional world of students, regarded herself as a friend of students, felt the joys and sorrows of students, and won their trust and admiration.

Compared with Jie's educational methods, I found that I had many improper points in the process of education and teaching. For example, in the attitude towards students, because they are eager for success, they often can't help but get angry with students and lack educational skills; Sometimes, students who can't finish their homework lack patience and individual guidance, which keeps students away from me and there is a generation gap between teachers and students.

By reading Yu Jie's book "Where is the Best Education", I feel deeply guilty, and feel that the gap between myself and a good teacher is too far. How can we love students? After reflection, I understand that love in education is not a gesture to achieve a goal, but an idea, an emotion and an atmosphere. If properly used, it will naturally run through a certain link of education, will be quietly reflected in every detail of education, and will subtly penetrate into every student's heart. Therefore, I deeply realized that: because of love, ice and snow will melt; Because of love, dead wood will meet spring; Because of love, I hope to bloom, because of love, I can see clouds, and the future is always worth looking forward to; Because of love, all life has been fully harvested.

As a people's teacher, I am determined to follow the example of the famous educator Yu Jie and take "love" as my responsibility. In my future work, I will be proactive, take the overall situation into account, know the general situation, strive to meet the requirements of my superiors, meet the requirements of my school, set high standards and establish a sense of competition.
