1. 1 project overview
Hekoucun Reservoir is a large-scale (2) water control project which focuses on flood control and water supply, giving consideration to irrigation, power generation and improving the comprehensive utilization of river base flow. This project is located at the exit of the last canyon of the first-class tributary of the Yellow River, about 9km below wulongkou Hydrological Station, and belongs to Jing Ke Town, Jiyuan City, Henan Province. It is a key project to control the flood and runoff of the Qinhe River and an important part of the flood control engineering system in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.
The seepage control system project of ZT3 standard is divided into six projects: dam foundation cutoff wall, dam foundation curtain grouting, 1 grouting hole, No.2 grouting hole, left bank mountain curtain grouting (pile number 0+000 ~ 0+453.00) and left bank mountain curtain grouting (pile number 0+453.00 ~ 1+202.86).
The upstream cofferdam cutoff wall project is a temporary project, with a total length of 163.5m, in which the length of the left end is 1 1.6m (the pile number of the cutoff axis is 0+000 m ~ 0+01.61m). The head length of the right end is 10.88m (pile number of seepage control axis is 0+152.62m ~ 0+163.50m), and curtain grouting is adopted for seepage control. The riverbed length is 14 1m (the pile number of the cutoff wall axis is 0+1m ~ 0+152.62m), and the plastic concrete cutoff wall is adopted, with the maximum wall depth of 36m.
1.2 supervision work development
On 20 10, 10 and 13, our company signed the supervision contract for the main project of Hekou Village Reservoir with Hekou Village Reservoir Engineering Construction Administration of Henan Province, and established the main project supervision department of Hekou Village Reservoir of Henan River Engineering Supervision Company on 20 1 1. At present, there are 23 supervisors on site to meet the needs of supervision work. Follow-up supervision will organize mobilization in time according to the project progress and mobilization plan.
Immediately after the supervision department enters the site, it organizes supervisors to familiarize themselves with the design documents, conduct pre-job training, organize the preparation of supervision plans and supervision implementation rules, and establish safety and quality control systems and supervision work systems. On April 8, 20 1 1, the first site meeting and design disclosure meeting of the first batch of main projects were held, and the handover and recheck of datum points, the establishment and calibration of control network, the measurement and recheck of original sections, the recheck of construction organization design, personnel, equipment, materials and construction lofting were completed. The upstream cofferdam cutoff wall project not only needs to complete the drilling of the upstream cofferdam cutoff wall and the plastic concrete entering the wall, the drilling and grouting of the right curtain, the excavation of the left tooth wall foundation and the concrete pouring. Moreover, it is necessary to carry out permeability coefficient detection and nondestructive detection of water injection test after the construction is completed, as well as to do a good job in flood control and coordination with other cross-operation units, which increases the difficulty of construction organization, coordination and quality control. Whether it can be completed on schedule is related to the smooth development of the subsequent upstream cofferdam filling and dam closure. Although it is a temporary project, its importance cannot be ignored.
In order to complete the task of construction supervision well and quickly, the supervision department ensures the investment of personnel and equipment, strengthens the control before and during construction, reduces the time of intermediate inspection and inspection, and provides sufficient guarantee and service for construction. In the process of supervision, the supervision department strictly abides by the inspection procedures for raw materials entering the site, process inspection and joint acceptance system for concealed works, and adopts control means such as patrol inspection, parallel inspection, follow-up inspection and on-site supervision to supervise and manage the whole construction process, and urges the contractor to organize the construction according to the approved construction technical scheme, design and specification requirements. During the construction of this project, the supervisors will supervise the key processes such as plastic concrete pouring of the cutoff wall of the upstream cofferdam, curtain grouting on the right bank and concrete pouring of the toothed wall on the left bank, and strictly control the quality of the project.
During the project construction, no quality and safety accidents occurred, and the project quality, safety, investment and progress were generally controlled.
2 Main technical indicators and quantity

The axial length of upstream cofferdam seepage control project is163.5m.
The length of the left end is 1 1.6m (pile number of seepage control axis is 0+000 m ~ 0+0 1.6 1m), which is in the form of toothed wall, C20 concrete is poured, and the toothed wall wraps the seepage control wall by 50cm;; According to the actual inspection of the excavation surface, the surface of the bedrock surface is broken and severely weathered. On August 28th, after on-site inspection by the owner, designer and supervisor, it was determined that the bedrock surface should be cleaned to weakly weathered rock surface before pouring. After excavation to bedrock surface, concrete pouring will be carried out after joint acceptance by the four parties, and the pouring volume is 25.75m3.
Right end length 10.88m (pile number of seepage control axis is 0+152.62m ~ 0+163.50m). The original design is to excavate the bedrock to 0.7m, and then pour the concrete tooth wall. However, according to the actual excavation, it is revealed that the thickness of the overburden in this section is1.0m; , has been designed, supervised and tested. There are two rows of grouting holes in the upstream and downstream, the row spacing is 1.0m, the grouting pressure is 0.3MPa, and the depth of bedrock is1.0m. There are 23 grouting holes in total, and the grouting amount is 149m. After curtain grouting is completed, check the hole construction 14 days.
