In the process of handling letters and visits, if the complainant applies to withdraw the letters and visits, he shall explain the reasons and may withdraw them after examination and approval by the letters and visits office.

After the withdrawal of the petition, the handling of the petition shall be terminated. If the reexamination organ considers that it does not infringe upon the public interests and the legitimate rights and interests of others, it shall allow it and record it for the record.
