Ministry of National Education. The Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) is the the State Council department in charge of education and language work in the State Council, People's Republic of China (PRC), and the State Education Bureau is the government department in charge of education and language work. According to Article 15 of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the education administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the national education work, making overall plans and coordinating the management of the national education work. That is, the Education Bureau is subordinate to the Ministry of Education.
