There are more than 2,000 college students and nearly 150 graduate students. Have an excellent team of teachers with reasonable structure, full of vitality, diligence and dedication, and the courage to innovate. By June 20 12, there were 88 teachers in our college, including distinguished professor 1 person, professor 14, 32 associate professors and 45 doctors. Nearly 20% teachers have postdoctoral research experience or overseas study background. The college also hired 19 well-known scholars and entrepreneurs at home and abroad as part-time professors and tutors.

The college has four teaching departments: management engineering, business administration, accounting, economy and trade, and management institutions such as the party and government office, teaching office, scientific research office, discipline office, postgraduate office, student work office, MBA education center, master of engineering education center, and higher education self-taught office. There are four research institutions, namely, System Engineering and Management Decision Research Center, Entrepreneurship Research and Education Center, Resource System Optimization and Decision Research Center and Economic Research Institute.
