If a student needs to transfer to a scholar due to the change of family residence and parents' household registration or other special reasons, the parents or guardians shall apply and provide proof materials such as household registration book, address transfer certificate and student registration card. After transferring to school, transfer formalities shall be handled within one week after the end of the semester or before the start of the new semester.
2. Primary and junior high school students who transfer from other cities (counties, districts) must go through the transfer procedures at the General Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau. According to its actual situation, the general education department will transfer it to the relevant school or town (street) education office, and the town (street) education office will transfer it to the relevant school.
