Cui Yunkuo: With the coming of the 2 1 century, every country and international organization is thinking about what kind of people to train. The core literacy system put forward by the Ministry of Education's Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing Lide Shu Ren's Fundamental Task aims to concretize the national education policy in the basic education stage, systematically describe the graduation images of primary school students, junior high school students and senior high school students, and provide directions or paths for further curriculum design. At present, the core literacy of students' development is basically determined as 9 literacy, 23 basic points and 70 key performances. The next step is to further design the curriculum standards in different stages according to this framework. Teachers and schools design teaching, propositions, homework and exams according to curriculum standards. This is a huge system, and it is also the direction of our future efforts.
What is the relationship between three-dimensional goals and core literacy? Simply put, our tradition is to pay more attention to the "two basics", that is, basic knowledge and basic skills. Later, we felt that the "two basics" were incomplete and put forward a three-dimensional goal. From "double basics" to three-dimensional goals, and then to core literacy, this is different stages from teaching to educating people. Simply speaking, the implementation of "double basics" is the curriculum goal of 1.0, the three-dimensional goal of 2.0, and the core literacy of 3.0. Recently, the Ministry of Education has specially set up more than 260 experts to revise the curriculum standards of ordinary high schools, that is, to formulate curriculum standards based on the core literacy of disciplines, including academic quality standards, and of course, teaching and evaluation based on curriculum standards.
