The new campus of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University is in Saihan District. The school has animal science college, veterinary college, agricultural college, forestry college, ecological environment college, electromechanical engineering college, water conservancy and civil engineering college, material science and art design college.

School of Economics and Management, School of Food Science and Engineering, School of Computer and Information Engineering, School of Life Sciences, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Foreign Languages, School of Science, School of Energy and Transportation Engineering.

There are 22 colleges (departments) such as Marxism College, International Education College, Continuing Education College (Agricultural University Branch of Central Agricultural Cadre Education and Training Center), Vocational and Technical College and Physical Education Department, among which Vocational and Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University is the construction unit of the national higher vocational education demonstration college.

National key disciplines 1, 3 national key cultivation disciplines, 23 provincial and ministerial key disciplines, and first-class construction disciplines in autonomous regions 1 1.

At present, there are 10 postdoctoral research stations, 13 first-class discipline doctoral degree authorization points, 24 first-class discipline master degree authorization points and 8 master degree authorization categories.
