The duration of continuing education shall be calculated from the date of registration of taxi driver's qualification.
Twenty-fourth taxi driver continuing education cycle is 3 years.
Taxi drivers should receive no less than 54 hours of continuing education in each continuous calculation period of continuing education. Taxi drivers who have been registered for three years should also receive no less than 54 hours of continuing education.
Those who have obtained the qualification certificate for more than 3 years and have not applied for registration shall complete no less than 27 hours of continuing education within 1 year after registration.
Article 25 The Ministry of Transport shall uniformly formulate the outline of continuing education for taxi drivers and make it public. The content of continuing education includes taxi related policies and regulations, social responsibility and professional ethics, service standards, safe operation and knowledge of energy saving and emission reduction.
Twenty-sixth taxi drivers' continuing education is mainly organized and implemented by taxi companies.
Conditional taxi enterprises shall, after being put on record by the city and county road transport management institutions, organize the continuing education of taxi drivers. The continuing education of unqualified taxi companies and individual taxi drivers shall be undertaken by other continuing education institutions, including the following forms:
(a) the network distance continuing education filed by the Ministry of Transport or the provincial department in charge of transportation;
(two) to receive other forms of continuing education in road transport management institutions at or above the county level.
Twenty-seventh taxi drivers to complete continuing education, taxi operators should report to the local city and county road transport management agencies, road transport management agencies should be recorded in the taxi driver qualification certificate.
Twenty-eighth road transport management institutions should strengthen the supervision and inspection of taxi companies and continuing education institutions to organize continuing education.
Twenty-ninth taxi companies and continuing education institutions shall establish training files for students, and incorporate continuing education plans, continuing education teachers and student registration forms into the file management, and accept the supervision and inspection of road transport management institutions.
Thirtieth taxi companies and continuing education institutions in violation of the provisions of any of the following circumstances, the road transport management institution shall order them to make corrections:
(a) engaged in continuing education without filing or providing false continuing education materials;
(2) failing to organize the corresponding continuing education according to the requirements of the continuing education plan;
(3) publishing false continuing education information.
