Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Starting TEAM2 1 Level 1 and Level 2 Course Testing Project of Toyota Motor Corporation

All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government (Education Committee), Education Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and all relevant units:

In order to implement the spirit of the State Council's Decision on Vigorously Developing Vocational Education (Guo Fa [2005] No.35) and promote vocational colleges to establish a talent training mode of combining work with study and cooperation between schools and enterprises, in June 2006, our department signed agreements with Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and FAW Toyota Motor Sales Co., Ltd. to integrate Toyota Motor Corporation TEAM2 1 (hereinafter referred to as "TOYOTA"). The content of the project not only includes courses, teaching materials, electronic courseware and teacher training, but also includes a certificate examination question bank for vocational college students. After recommendation, 25 professional teachers in vocational colleges have passed the training and assessment, and have the ability to teach "Toyota Training Course", and have been identified as project experimental schools (list attached). The relevant matters concerning the course test of the course test project are hereby notified as follows:

1. The implementation of this project is of positive significance for the project colleges to establish an employment-oriented vocational education curriculum system in the field of automobile maintenance as soon as possible, gradually establish a new talent training model, and improve the quality of school education and teaching.

Second, the local education administrative departments should strengthen the guidance and supervision of the project institutions participating in the "Toyota Training Course" in accordance with the requirements of our Ministry on doing a good job in project implementation, and require the project institutions to organize teaching in strict accordance with the characteristics of the "Toyota Training Course"; It is necessary to give priority to the project colleges and universities that are the experimental units of school-enterprise cooperation teaching reform of automobile maintenance major, and encourage the project colleges and universities to give priority to the use of Toyota teaching AIDS according to the needs of the curriculum, and designate the publication of officially published training materials according to the cooperation agreements of related products and projects to meet the teaching needs. It is necessary to urge the project colleges to conscientiously sum up experience, play a leading role in demonstration, carry out various forms of academic exchange activities, and take the initiative to train relevant professional teachers for surrounding schools.

Third, the leaders of colleges and universities with related projects should fully understand the significance of the launch of "Toyota Training Course" in promoting the teaching reform in vocational colleges, actively send outstanding teachers to participate in the training activities organized by Toyota Company, arrange teaching plans in strict accordance with the requirements of "Toyota Training Course", equip the equipment and facilities needed for teaching and training, increase the cultivation of students' practical ability, and strictly control the system to ensure that the basic requirements of enterprises for employees are met.

Four, our department will regularly organize project-related institutions to carry out project exchange activities, and entrust technical experts from Toyota to guide the implementation of school projects. Starting this year, Toyota will provide teaching AIDS, internship vehicles and scholarships to the first batch of 25 vocational colleges participating in the "Toyota Training Course".

Verb (abbreviation of verb) T-TEP School was established according to the agreement signed by our department with Toyota Motor (China) Co., Ltd. and FAW Toyota Motor Sales Co., Ltd. in September 2004, and was approved by Toyota Company as a project school to promote "Toyota Training Class", which was announced at the same time.
