According to the official website of Jinjiang Municipal Government, the Chidian Town Working Committee of Jinjiang City was established on February 20 10 with the approval of the State Council, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, 1990. Chidian Town, which belongs to Jinjiang City, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, is located on the south bank of the lower reaches of Jinjiang City, north of Jinjiang City and east of chen dai zhen.
