What is the national special plan?

The national special plan is a poverty alleviation plan in which the enrollment schools are universities affiliated to the central government and key universities affiliated to various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and the enrollment is oriented to concentrated contiguous counties with special difficulties, national key poverty alleviation and development counties and four southern Xinjiang States.

Three major plans for college entrance examination

National special plan, university special plan and local special plan belong to the three major plans of college entrance examination.

Declaration conditions

The national special application conditions meet the registration conditions for the unified college entrance examination this year; I have a local household registration for more than 3 years in the place of implementation, and my father or mother or legal guardian has a local household registration; I have been studying in senior high schools in counties, cities and districts where my household registration is located for three consecutive years and actually attended.
