In order to implement the spirit of General Secretary Hu Jintao's important speech at the celebration of the founding of Tsinghua University100th anniversary, the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020) and the Opinions of the State Council and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform of Medical and Health System, and accelerate the comprehensive reform of clinical medical education, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health jointly organized and implemented this education through research.
According to the preliminary opinions of local education and health administrative departments, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health jointly organized experts to review the submitted project implementation plans, and determined the first batch of 125 pilot universities and 178 reform pilot projects, among which 26 were top-notch innovative medical personnel training mode reform pilot projects. There are 72 pilot reforms of five-year clinical medical personnel training mode, 39 pilot reforms of rural order-oriented free medical education personnel training mode, and 4/kloc-0 pilot reforms of "3+2" three-year specialized clinical medical education personnel training mode.
According to China's national conditions, follow the growth law of medical talents, scientifically formulate training standards for medical talents, and support different types of medical colleges to participate in the implementation of the "excellent doctor education and training plan". Focus on the reform of pilot colleges and universities, strive to make breakthroughs, promote the reform of clinical medical education as a whole, and comprehensively improve the quality of medical personnel training.
