Nanjing Education Information, sponsored by our college, is an internal newspaper for the city's education system. Its purpose is to spread new information, publicize new ideas and discuss new problems, which is well received by readers. 1987 founded Nanjing Middle School Student Newspaper, 1990 founded Nanjing General Education (later renamed Nanjing Education) magazine. In addition, during this period, the Institute also made a concrete study on four major moral education bidding topics in Nanjing. At this stage, the Institute not only undertook the organization of educational and scientific research projects at the provincial and municipal levels during the Eighth Five-Year Plan and the Ninth Five-Year Plan, and achieved excellent results, but also established district (county) and school teaching and scientific research networks, established some municipal teaching and scientific research bases in primary and secondary schools, organized and implemented the bidding for the top ten teaching and scientific research projects in Nanjing, established the Nanjing Educational and Scientific Research Academic Committee, and awarded the first Nanjing Educational and Scientific Research Achievement Award, which greatly promoted the city's teaching and scientific research. Among them, the bidding for teaching and research topics is the first time in the national education system, which has achieved fruitful scientific research results, provided an important basis for Nanjing's "Tenth Five-Year Plan" for educational development, and had a wide social impact. At the same time, the staff of the institute has also undertaken many national, provincial and municipal research projects, such as the theory and practice of patriotism education in primary and secondary schools, target teaching in secondary schools, psychological education in primary schools, TV teaching experiments in primary schools, science and technology education in primary and secondary schools, and guidance for middle school students to learn the law, which has produced good social effects. In the popularization of teaching and scientific research, our college has held many backbone workshops of teaching and scientific research in primary and secondary schools and training courses for middle school class teachers, opened a large number of lectures on educational theory, and compiled a large number of reading materials to guide teachers and students in primary and secondary schools to carry out teaching and scientific research or cultivate their own self-cultivation. Nanjing Education Information Newspaper, Nanjing Education Newspaper and Nanjing Middle School Student Newspaper continued to be published. In addition, the Digest of Educational Information and the Newspaper of Early Childhood Education were edited and published. During this period, the Institute of Education has also made great achievements, the establishment of its professional committees has been continuously improved, teachers have a high enthusiasm for participating in teaching and research, and the number and quality of academic papers submitted have been improved year by year. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, Nanjing Institute of Education undertook 14 national planned projects, ranking first in the province. In 2005, Nanjing Institute of Education took the lead in building a "pyramid-type scientific research management model", which treated the education and scientific research in primary schools separately, guided them in different categories and promoted them at different levels, and achieved good results, which aroused widespread resonance among local scientific research management departments.
