In the past, when people talked about health, they often only paid attention to physical and physiological aspects, but didn't know much about psychological aspects. If a person is healthy, but has no healthy psychology, we can't say that he is a healthy person. Psychologically speaking, mental health means that a person has a sound personality, good intelligence, good tolerance for various mental stimuli and pressures, good self-regulation and control ability, good social adaptability, mental health activities can be consistent with the external environment, normal behavior, emotional stability, and can better deal with various problems.

This course analyzes and answers the problems of primary and secondary school students' psychological growth obstacles, internet addiction, weariness of learning, test anxiety, precocious puberty and rebellious psychology one by one. Combining theory with cases, it enables students to learn to deal with various psychological problems encountered in the process of growth, learn the experience needed for growth, arouse students' cognitive, emotional and behavioral experiences from the existing experience, stimulate students' inner contradictions and conflicts, and arouse students' spiritual resonance.

In the process of editing, we strive to provide a set of valuable and operable teaching materials for primary and secondary school teachers, especially class teachers and psychological counseling teachers. The whole course can be summarized into six aspects: knowing yourself and accepting yourself; Accept others and be kind to others; Face up to reality and accept it; Love life and be willing to learn; Control emotions and be happy; Normal intelligence and complete personality.
