School-age disabled children and adolescents enter the compulsory education stage. According to the Regulations on Education for Disabled Persons, the state guarantees the right of disabled persons to receive education and implements compulsory education for disabled children and adolescents. Special education schools recruit school-age disabled children and adolescents suitable for school study, and the enrollment scope shall be determined by the competent education administrative department. All kinds of public schools at all levels shall provide education and related services for disabled children, and shall not refuse their admission for any reason.
