Construction of teaching staff: After the introduction and training in recent years, the structure of professional titles, academic qualifications, professional structure and age structure of pedagogy teachers tends to be reasonable, and the quality of scientific research has been greatly improved.

In terms of textbook construction, according to our actual situation, the principles of textbook construction are determined: where there are prize-winning textbooks, "textbooks for 2 1 century" or "textbooks for the 11th Five-Year Plan", try to choose such textbooks or textbooks newly published in the last three years, and the proportion of textbooks published after 2007 accounts for 65%.
