The registration conditions for the first-class constructor examination are as follows:

(1) Anyone who abides by national laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions may apply to take the first-class constructor qualification examination:

1, obtained a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 6 years, including 4 years in construction management of construction projects.

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in construction management of construction projects.

3. Graduated from double bachelor's degree or postgraduate class in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in construction management of construction projects.

4. Get a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 2 years, including construction management of construction projects 1 year.

5. Get a doctorate in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 1 year.

The requirements for academic qualifications or degrees in the above registration conditions refer to the formal academic qualifications or degrees recognized by the national education administrative department, and the number of years of working in construction management refers to the sum of the time before and after obtaining the required academic qualifications, and the deadline is the end of the registration year.

Hong Kong and Macao residents who meet the registration requirements can take the first-class constructor qualification examination in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Notice of the former Ministry of Personnel on Doing a Good Job in Participating in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel held in the Mainland (No.9 [2005] of the Ministry of Personnel). When applying for registration, Hong Kong and Macao residents shall submit corresponding professional qualifications or degree certificates recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council, proof of working experience in related occupations and resident identity cards.

Conditions for exemption from the first-class constructor examination:

(2) Those who meet the registration requirements in (1) above and have obtained the Qualification Certificate of Project Manager of Construction Enterprises issued by the former Ministry of Construction before February 65438+3 1 2003, and meet one of the following conditions, may be exempted from taking the two subjects of Economics of Construction Engineering and Project Management of Construction Engineering, and only take the course of Regulations and Related Knowledge of Construction Engineering.

1, employed as a senior professional and technical post in engineering or engineering economy.

2, with engineering or engineering economics college degree or above and engaged in construction project construction management for 20 years.

Requirements for the corresponding professional examination of the first-class constructor:

(3) The original "First-class Construction Engineer's Corresponding Professional Examination" (i.e. additional examination) is no longer listed as a separate examination, and it is incorporated into the first-class construction engineer's qualification examination, and the setting level is "additional examination major". Please pay attention to the distinction when choosing a major. Applicants must obtain a first-class constructor qualification certificate before they can apply for the exam, and the results are valid in the current year. No longer use the original file number of "the corresponding professional examination for first-class builders".
