How to make Thangka art develop better?
Auspicious Tangka originated from Amdo Tibetan area in Qinghai Province. At first, it was the founder Wang Rui's fascination with Tibetan culture. As an artistic representative of Tibetan culture, Thangka became the main content of his study and exploration. In Regong and Labuleng areas of Qinghai Province, he studied under the old artists of Tangka, and several of them learned songs and thoughts, which changed his life from then on.

Auspicious Thangka established Thangka Studio in Beijing, and established the first exchange and learning platform with Thangka art as the theme in the Mainland. Since then, it has started to hold Thangka exhibitions in various places. Nearly 20 Thangka culture and art exhibitions have been held in major cities in China, and successfully held in Japan, South Korea, Europe and other places, with good response, making Thangka art truly displayed to people all over the world. Thangka's exhibition attracted many media reports. In the following years, Thangka began to appear in people's homes all over the country, and was also favored by many collectors and art trading markets.

Auspicious Thangka did not cater to the business opportunities of market operation, but made a systematic study on the inheritance of Thangka painting schools and ancient Thangka mineral pigments. Taking the inheritance of the three major painting schools in Thangka painting as the main research object, we visited local outstanding painters and established Thangka Painting Academy on the spot. With the support of local cultural and educational departments, we began to train painters, and passed on the unique painting techniques in Tangka by traditional oral teaching methods, creating more fine works of different painting schools. Today, Auspicious Tangka has set up Auspicious Tangka Painting Academy, Auspicious Tangka Gama Gacha Creation Base and Tangka Vocational Training Course in Regong, Qinghai, Qamdo, Tibet, Xigaze, Beijing and other places as bases for learning and developing Tangka.

Thangka has been gorgeous for thousands of years because of its unique mineral pigments. The production technology of these mineral pigments was lost in the past cultural disasters. We have recovered nearly 70% of ancient pigments in years of searching, and brought these pigments back to Tibetan areas, so that Thangka paintings can return to tradition. There are laboratories for Thangka pigments in Tongren County, Qinghai Province, Qamdo District, Tibet and Beijing.

Auspicious Tangka established the only professional Tangka appraisal institution in Beijing, and used modern electronic equipment to analyze the data of Tangka's works, which avoided the subjectivity and error of manual appraisal and better standardized the orderly and healthy development of Tangka industry.

Through continuous efforts, Auspicious Thangka strives to develop on the development road of Thangka art and inherit Thangka culture more completely and scientifically. The tree of life of wisdom will be full of colorful wind horses. On the secular road to the spiritual world, Thangka will lead us to gain the power of conversion! Protect the Thangka culture in China with our faith and wisdom!
