Discussion on Children's Development ―― Thoughts on Reading the Guiding Outline of Student Development and Education (Ⅱ)
? After writing the first article, I tried to calm myself down to read, think and start a new journey of reading and writing. Use your spare time or two hours after evening self-study to study, and insist on reading and writing every day. Behind a few words, I saw my perseverance and persistent pursuit, which is a valuable spiritual wealth.

First, cultivate children to be positive people.

? The first chapter of this book mainly expounds the problems of children's development in the social transformation of contemporary China, and from the reality, expounds and understands the development of contemporary children from three dimensions: policies and regulations, international education vision and "new basic education" theory. The purpose of education is to promote people to become human beings and learn to know, do things, live and survive together. Specific to the reform of school education, the theory of "new basic education" puts forward: "Contemporary school education needs to cultivate people who can achieve healthy and positive development in the new living environment." [1] Only when a person actively develops can he really develop, and only when students actively study can they really gain something. If you force yourself, you can only make short-term progress, but not lifelong achievements. There should be a long-term plan for students' education, especially for a class teacher like me who accompanies students throughout their primary school life. Six to seven years is enough for a child to form a preliminary moral evaluation concept and cultivate a certain cognitive ability. Therefore, teachers must make a lifelong education plan for each child, and strive to stimulate the initiative of children and realize self-development. Since the first grade, I have established a happy growth file for every child. Every growth of a child can be traced back. A letter, a painting, a certificate, an activity plan designed by the owner ... These preserved original materials can all see the growth and changes of the child: the improvement of ability, the change of thinking, and active exploration, laying the foundation for the future of the child.

? Second, study the details from the standpoint of students.

? Starting from the ways and methods of understanding children's problems, the author understands children's characteristics and problems in the development of space and time and in the dialogue between theoretical study and practical experience. Taking Changzhou No.2 Experimental Primary School as an example, this paper makes a systematic study on students' complaints in the process of time development. Describe the phenomenon from grade one to grade six, analyze the reasons and find the countermeasures. This case has given me great inspiration. Students' learning should start with details, study deeply, and see the essence through phenomena. The problem of primary school students' complaints has always existed, but I never thought that it could be taken as a learning content for further discussion. This shows that I lack the ability to find and study problems, and I don't think from the standpoint of students. So I plan to investigate the reasons why students don't like reading this semester, find out the root of the problem and take corresponding strategies.

? Third, actively and consciously create the value of life.

? At the end of this chapter, the author focuses on the basic problems of contemporary children's development, and makes readers understand the basic problems of children's development through examples from three aspects: the relationship between contemporary children and the outside world, children's self-improvement, and children's awareness and ability of lifelong development. By quoting the theme class meeting activities of exploring ancient towns, we can know whether contemporary children consciously form and develop their own conscious understanding of the richness and development of this world. Take "singing in class" as an example. Students create class songs together to let us know what contemporary children's feelings, beliefs and values are about the world. What is the status and responsibility of contemporary children in the ever-changing development of this world? By enumerating the relationship between individual students and different levels of groups, teams, classes, grades and schools, we can know whether the relationship between contemporary children and the world has formed a benign relationship between "I" and "you", or even a "community of destiny" and "community of growth". Through the author's exposition of three issues, it is clearly pointed out that students can form and improve their relationship with the world through various activities. People can't leave this world for a day, and we can't leave everything in this world. We should "fear" the world instead of belittling it, "love" it instead of abandoning it, and "invest" it instead of avoiding its popularity. We should "melt" into this world, into its self-creation, and add charm and brilliance to it. [2] Therefore, teachers should guide students to devote themselves to the world in which they live, dare to create, seek development independently, and watch the value of the activities to be carried out from the standpoint of big education. In retrospect, I used to take students to make wonton together, just to let children learn a life skill, but I didn't pay attention to the educational value of early preparation and late summary, and I never thought about what kind of emotional experience children got in the activities. What are the main aspects of development? Through reading, I found that my educational concept is relatively narrow and needs to be broadened.

? In view of children's self-improvement, the author puts forward four questions: first, can contemporary children plan their lives clearly, reasonably and independently? Second, can contemporary children strive to realize their ideals in practice? Third, can contemporary children improve their quality of life through reflection and reconstruction? Fourth, can contemporary children awaken individual life consciousness in the whole life process? [3] These are the basic problems existing in the current students' reality. Primary school students have no life plan for themselves at all, and their lives are all under the regulations of their parents and teachers, which is very passive. In the past, there was no special research in this field in the school, so it was impossible to appear as a course in the education and teaching of primary schools. In recent years, the course of "Career Planning" has been set up in primary and secondary schools, which has attracted the attention of teachers. It can be seen that it is very important to guide each child to plan his life clearly, reasonably and independently, especially by reading the author's analysis of the survey results of the "Life Development Planning and Design Competition" for freshmen, it is clear that students in the current basic education stage lack their own life planning. At the same time, through examples, the author makes me feel that teachers can try their best to awaken students' life consciousness, improve students' quality of life, urge students to realize their ideals in practice, and form the consciousness and ability of lifelong development. Although this is an arduous task, it needs a long wait and unremitting efforts. But as the author said: "Your own life, your present life, needs everyone to face, think, choose and practice actively." [4] The life value of our teachers needs to be consciously created!

? In this part of reading, I picked a few words that I particularly like:

Every individual should not only have basic knowledge and ability, but also have the wisdom and ability to develop, including choosing possible and suitable goals for his own development, planning the path to achieve the goals, designing according to circumstances, breaking the predicament with innovative thinking and opening up a new world of growth. [5]

? The ideal of life is not a vision divorced from reality, but a reflection on reality; It is not an ode-like praise, but a down-to-earth development. [6]

? Accurately and clearly understanding the characteristics of students in this class and refining their growth needs in the sense of improving comprehensive quality and positive and healthy development are the most basic teachers' qualities. [7]

? People live in this world and enrich and develop this world with their own existence. [8]

? Man himself is a rich world, and a clear understanding and conscious development of himself is the dignity and dignity of man himself. [9]

"Consciousness" is the awakening of "self", not the compulsion and induction of others. Consciousness is "awakening" and "awakening", not a general "feeling". "Consciousness" is the overall consciousness of a person's life value, destiny, dignity and freedom. [ 10]
