Article 2 The continuing education of road transport drivers shall abide by these measures.
The term "road transport driver" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the operating road passenger and freight transport driver and road dangerous goods transport driver who hold the qualification certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) road transport.
The term "continuing education" as mentioned in these Measures refers to various forms of education to continuously improve the professional skills and professional ethics of road transport drivers and update their knowledge and skills.
Article 3 Continuing education is the obligation of road transport drivers. Road transport drivers should receive corresponding continuing education in accordance with regulations.
