Instructions for applying for a bachelor's degree

According to the spirit of the notice of the Provincial Academic Degree Office and the provisions of Articles 10 and 13 of the Detailed Rules for Granting Bachelor's Degree in Heilongjiang University (Revised Draft), black university graduates who meet the following conditions may apply for a bachelor's degree within three months after graduation.

1, has obtained the undergraduate graduation certificate of higher education self-study examination in our school;

2. Apply for the foreign language examination through the bachelor's degree organized by the Academic Degrees Office of Heilongjiang Province and the professional degree examination of the examiners' colleges;

3. The thesis defense score is above good (including good);

Note: 1, degree foreign languages are tested in April every year, and the registration notice of the previous year 1 1 will be published on the website of College of Continuing Education of Heilongjiang University, so please pay attention at that time.
