Children love to imitate and are eager to learn from examples. Teachers can set an example for children in sports activities and get twice the result with half the effort. Children with strong abilities tend to react quickly. The weak will imitate after watching it, and they can improve their imitation sports skills in the process of imitation. For example, in the process of "climbing through a small tunnel", children with strong ability can try to lie on the mat and lower their height to resolve the difficulties in activities. Children with weak ability will follow the trend at first sight, and will gradually master the game after several times. For another example, when walking a balance beam with some difficulties, a child with strong ability will walk smoothly with his hands raised horizontally, while a child with weak ability will not. Children with strong ability will immediately say, "That's right ..." Therefore, children with weak ability will learn to do actions from them or walk with their help. Second, the case analysis

The outdoor activities of our class set up a game situation of "Little Turtle Giving Gifts", aiming at training children's ability to climb with heavy load and experiencing the fun of outdoor games. This month's activity record mainly records two aspects, one is where the children did well, and the other is where the activities need to be improved.

The action of "Little Turtle" is mainly crawling. In this respect, we not only exercise children's crawling ability, but also let them carry small schoolbags. First, let children practice carrying loads. Second, there is an obstacle on their backs, especially climbing a small tunnel, which increases the difficulty. The height of the rubber band hanging on a small chair is very simple for a child without a load, and he can climb over it on his knees. However, after adding a backpack, it is a bit difficult to climb on your knees. Children's backpacks are often hooked by rubber bands and cannot move forward. At this time, the children showed their abilities, and the clever children tried to lie on the mat all over, which lowered their height. Although the progress is slow, the difficulties have been solved. Some children are trying to crawl forward like this for the first time, which adds a lot of fun to them.

However, I found that the game scene was set in the eyes and minds of adults, and I only saw simple sports equipment in the eyes of children. Although children can play according to the activity flow, they can't imagine the scene we set in their minds. When communicating with other teachers, if you don't know the name of the game, it is difficult to guess the game scene. For this problem, we adults need to pay more attention, or add props such as turtle shells for children to wear; Or make the outdoor venue more realistic, so that children can really feel immersive. I think after improving these shortcomings, children will like outdoor activities more and experience the fun of games better!

Teachers have a high prestige in children's minds, and their words and deeds have a subtle influence on children.
