Reflecting on myself, education is not only my career, but also my career. Educators are everywhere not only in the classroom, in the family, in the society, but also in the integration of knowledge and practice. As a ferryman of others, adulthood is my motto in education.

Organization depends on how big it wants to be. There are two common types of school-running institutions: government and private (enterprise), and there are also family-run school-running modes abroad. As far as China is concerned, the government is not short of running funds, the organization is bloated, the teaching mechanism is rigid, and the teaching content is backward; The enterprise is self-funded, the organization is streamlined, the teaching mechanism is flexible and the teaching content is practical.

It is not the most difficult to reflect on the organization and establish an educational organization. It is difficult to establish an educational institution with a common mission. Many people only focus on the present, learn useful things, start fast and grow slowly; A few elites are willing to spend time studying useless knowledge, starting slowly, making rapid progress and knowing everything. Learning styles can be divided into online, offline and mixed from the types of learning styles; Psychology can be divided into visual type, auditory type and kinesthetic type, and different types of people adapt to different learning styles. Learning methods can be divided into Feynman learning method, memory learning method and frame learning method. Learning space is to create learning experience from learning environment. Educational evaluation can be divided into self-evaluation and others' evaluation according to the identity of the evaluation subject; According to whether mathematical methods are adopted, it can be divided into quantitative evaluation and non-quantitative evaluation; According to the function of evaluation, it can be divided into diagnostic evaluation, formative evaluation and summative evaluation. The purpose of educational evaluation is to make scientific judgments on education itself, educational process and educational results, and to form a closed loop by integrating into the educational process, and to iterate and improve education accordingly. For myself, educational evaluation is the process of resumption, opening my own blind spot and moving towards transparency and openness.
