The main ways to improve the mental health level of college students are to improve the three-level mental health education network, carry out various forms of mental health education activities, attach importance to the construction of campus culture and create a good psychological and social environment. People's mental health level can be roughly divided into the following three levels. 1. General normal psychology. 2. Mild psychological disorder. 3. Serious morbid psychology.
