In 2006, the Party Committee of the Hospital continued to strengthen Party building, leading and uniting all party member employees, and ensured the smooth completion of the hospital's work tasks. The Party Committee of the hospital closely revolves around the basic task and central work of the hospital, and aims at improving party member's political and theoretical literacy and enhancing party spirit, and carries out targeted educational activities in party member. All party branches and departments adhere to the system of political study twice a month, and the ideological and political inspection team visits all departments every Thursday to check and supervise the study, ensuring the learning effect. Concentrated on the practical activities with the theme of "serving rural pastoral areas and building a harmonious society", nearly 20,000 yuan of medicines were distributed free of charge throughout the year, and nearly 3,000 patients were treated, which achieved good social benefits. The Party Committee of our hospital attaches great importance to and strengthens the training and education of activists joining the Party, and strengthens the development of party member among young and middle-aged medical staff in line with the principle of mature development. Twenty-seven hospitals in party member have been developed this year, bringing fresh blood to the Party organization.

Focusing on the concept of "people-oriented, patient-centered", we will establish an "honest hospital", adhere to the working principle of both rectification and construction, focus on controlling unhealthy practices in drug purchase and sale and medical services, and gradually improve the price publicity system, cost inquiry system and "one-day list" system so that patients can clearly see a doctor. Advocating rational examination, rational drug use and treatment due to illness, and establishing an evaluation institution of "rational drug use", which has effectively promoted the healthy development of all work in hospitals. The institute has also strengthened the consciousness of cadres and workers in resisting corruption and preventing degeneration by carrying out warning education activities and special legal lectures on commercial bribery.
