As far as I know, the obstacle for disabled people to receive education is that in schools, ordinary schools do not provide hardware facilities to support disabled students' study. As far as teachers are concerned, most teachers do not consider providing help and support to disabled students. From the social point of view, there are few schools specially set up for disabled children in today's society. At the same time, some universities restrict or refuse to admit disabled students, which I feel are obstacles for disabled people to receive education.
