Can non-law major adult education undergraduates take the judicial examination?

Persons who meet the following conditions may sign up for the national judicial examination:

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

(two) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), enjoy the right to vote and be elected;

(3) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(4) Having graduated from an institution of higher learning with a bachelor's degree in law or a non-law major with legal expertise;

(5) Good conduct.

In this case, you can apply for the judicial examination, but the preparation time must be guaranteed.
