Qingxiu District, which belongs to Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is the center of politics, economy, culture, science and technology, education, finance, information and exhibition in Nanning. It is also a "city card" for Guangxi and Nanning to display the achievements of reform and opening up. In March 2005, it was renamed "New Town". The total area is 872 square kilometers.

Qingxiu District is the location of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, the only ASEAN Expo in China.
