Graduation Diploma: According to the national regulations, Jinling Institute of Science and Technology issues undergraduate graduation certificates electronically registered by the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the requirements for awarding bachelor's degrees will be awarded corresponding bachelor's degrees upon examination and approval by the academic degrees committee of the school.
Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of our school and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Articles of Association of Jinling Institute of Science and Technology and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual enrollment situation of our school.
Article 2 The enrollment work of our school implements the "Sunshine Project", adheres to the principle of "fairness, justice, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", and selects and enrolls outstanding students suitable for the talent training characteristics of our school.
Article 3 The enrollment work of our school shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents, news media and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 4 A school shall set up an Admissions Committee as the decision-making and management body of the school's enrollment work, determine the overall thinking and objectives of the enrollment work, review the enrollment policies, plans and enrollment principles, discuss and decide on major issues in the enrollment work, and guide the undergraduate enrollment work.
Article 5 A school shall set up a leading group for enrollment work, which, under the leadership of the school's Admissions Committee, shall be responsible for formulating the enrollment charter, making the enrollment plan, determining the selection scheme, determining the admission criteria and reviewing the enrollment results.
Article 6 The Undergraduate Admissions Office of Jinling Institute of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Admissions Office) is a permanent institution that organizes and implements the enrollment work of the school. Under the guidance of the Admissions and Employment Guidance Office, it is specifically responsible for the daily work of full-time undergraduate enrollment in the school under the guidance of the Admissions Leading Group.
Article 7 The Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Ministry of Supervision of the school shall be responsible for supervising the implementation of policies and regulations on enrollment and enrollment work.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 8 In combination with our major setting and talent training plan, our 20021enrollment plan is subject to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and the provincial education examination authorities.
Article 9 According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the state and the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual situation of the school's talent training objectives and school conditions, our school will make overall consideration of the number of candidates in various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, the quality of students, the coordinated development of regions, the continuity of plans over the years and other factors, and determine the enrollment plan by province. After the examination and approval, the provincial admissions department will announce the implementation to the public.
Article 10 According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education, our school has made a reservation plan that does not exceed the total annual enrollment plan of the school 1%, which is used to adjust the imbalance of online students enrolled by unified recruitment in various places.
Chapter IV Application Conditions
Article 11 Candidates who meet the registration requirements stipulated by the Admissions Committee of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the students are located may apply for the exam. Candidates in the pilot provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination must meet the requirements of elective courses for enrollment majors in our school.
Chapter V Admission Rules
Article 12 According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment of our school adheres to the principles of "fairness, justice and openness" and "the school is responsible and the provincial education examination institute supervises". Under the leadership of the Ministry of Education and the provincial education authorities, it will be organized and implemented by the provincial admissions authorities.
Article 13 The enrollment of our school is implemented by remote online admission. According to the situation of candidates in various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, the proportion or score line of file transfer is determined. In parallel volunteer province, the shifting ratio should be controlled within 105% in principle.
Article 14 Our school enrolls students according to the principle of achievement and voluntariness. If the number of people who have completed the batch filing is insufficient, the remaining plans will be publicly collected, and the unfinished plans after collection will be transferred to provinces with sufficient students after approval by the provincial recruitment Committee.
Article 15 Measures for Enrollment and Admission
Provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that comprehensively reform college entrance examination files according to "majors (categories)" are directly admitted according to the number of candidates who actually file in each major (category); According to the admission principle of "college" or "college professional group", there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. Candidates majoring in art must reach the minimum control score of undergraduate course in their province by virtue of their cultural achievements in college entrance examination and provincial unified examination results. The admission principle is based on the total score of the college entrance examination plus the unified examination results. The scope of professional adjustment for candidates is limited to the "colleges" or "professional groups of colleges" they apply for, and only for candidates who are willing to accept professional adjustment. All professional transfer candidates have lower priority than other volunteers. The college entrance examination comprehensively reforms candidates from all provinces, and the school takes the comprehensive quality evaluation materials of candidates as a reference for arranging and adjusting professional volunteers.
The admission rules for candidates with the same score are as follows:
Ordinary candidates in provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) who have comprehensively reformed the "3+ 1+2" college entrance examination are ranked from high to low according to the sum of their scores in Chinese and mathematics, their scores in Chinese or mathematics, their scores in foreign languages, their scores in preferred subjects and their scores in retest. In principle, candidates with the same scores above are accepted.
2. In the "3+3" comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, when the scores of ordinary candidates in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) are the same, they are sorted from high to low according to the sum of the scores of Chinese and mathematics, the scores of foreign languages and the scores of elective subjects. In principle, all the candidates with the same scores are admitted to this major.

Article 16 The proportion of male and female students is not stipulated in the admission of all majors in our school; Candidates who apply for English majors must apply for English subjects; Candidates applying for Chinese-foreign cooperative education must have basic knowledge of English. According to the teaching plan of our school, they need to take the IELTS test during their college years. All freshmen in this major teach English as their first foreign language.
Article 17 Admission Notice and Announcement: The school conducts online remote admission according to the requirements of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, fills in the admission notice according to the list of freshmen admitted by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, and sends the admitted candidates directly by express mail. The admission results will be announced to the candidates in time through the channels stipulated by the provincial admissions department and the enrollment information network of our school.
Chapter VI Fees and Scholarship Measures
Article 18 The tuition fees of all majors in our school shall be subject to the standards approved by the price departments of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing City, as follows:

Article 19 Our school will never let any student drop out of school because of family financial difficulties, and actively help students complete their studies through scholarships, grants, national student loans, work-study programs, temporary difficulties subsidies, tuition and miscellaneous fees reduction, and green channels for students with family financial difficulties.
Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
Article 20 The requirements for the health of candidates in the enrollment work of our school shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the National Health and Wellness Commission and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.
Article 21 After freshmen enter the school, our school will carry out the re-examination and physical examination of freshmen's admission qualifications in strict accordance with the national enrollment policy and the regulations on student status management. Candidates who have been found to be *, who have been admitted in violation of regulations and entered the school as an impostor, will be disqualified, will not be registered electronically, and will be reported to the relevant departments for legal responsibility.
Article 22 According to the requirements of the "Sunshine Project" of the college entrance examination, our school will further promote the institutionalization and systematization of enrollment this year, strengthen publicity, consulting services and information disclosure for candidates, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates.
Article 23 The enrollment plan, enrollment policy, charging standards, admission principles and admission results of our school can be found on the enrollment information network of Jinling Institute of Technology.
