(4) Personnel who constitute avoidance relationship after employment. According to the Interim Provisions on Open Recruiting Personnel in Public Institutions (Order No.6 of the Ministry of Personnel116,2005), applicants who have husband-wife relationship, lineal consanguineous relationship, collateral consanguineous relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship with the person in charge of the employing unit are not allowed to apply for and apply for positions such as secretary, personnel, finance and discipline inspection.
