What does the special post plan mean?
"Special post plan" is the abbreviation of special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage.

The "special post plan" we are talking about basically refers to the "special post teacher plan", which is a special policy of compulsory education in rural poverty-stricken areas led by the state. To put it bluntly, the nature of the special post plan is similar to the three supports and one support and the western plan, but it is more targeted. The main job is teaching and educating people, and there is no other job.

The special post program is also through open recruitment, mainly for fresh graduates, and non-normal students are also encouraged to apply. Students who pass the exam will be assigned to work in rural schools below the county level in the central and western regions. This move aims to encourage college graduates to go deep into rural areas to receive compulsory education.

Recruitment objectives:

1, full-time undergraduate and junior college graduates majoring in normal universities.

2. Full-time undergraduate graduates of non-normal majors who are qualified as full-time teachers in ordinary colleges and universities.

3. Full-time undergraduate graduates who are qualified as teachers, have some practical experience in education and teaching, are under 30 years old (born after 1 July 9781day), have terminated their labor (employment) contracts with their original employers or are unemployed.
