Safety production training includes not only the perfection and standardization of enterprise safety assurance system, but also the education and guidance of employees' safety awareness and skills. According to Article 3 of China's Measures for the Administration of Safety Production Training, safety training refers to education and training activities aimed at improving the safety quality of safety supervisors, employees of production and business units and relevant personnel engaged in safety production.
Personnel who need to participate in safety production training include the following three categories: (1) safety supervision personnel, such as those engaged in safety supervision and supervision, administrative law enforcement and coal mine safety supervision by the safety production supervision and management departments of people's governments at or above the county level and coal mine safety supervision institutions at all levels; (two) the main person in charge of the production and business operation entity, the safety production management personnel, special operations personnel and other employees of the production and business operation entity; (3) Relevant personnel engaged in production safety, such as teachers engaged in safety education and training, registrants of hazardous chemicals registration institutions, personnel undertaking safety evaluation, consultation, testing and inspection, registered safety engineers, emergency rescue personnel in production safety, etc. In the case, Ms. Su, as the main person in charge of the production and business operation unit, belongs to the category of employees of the production and business operation unit and should participate in this training.
Measures for the administration of safety production training
Article 3 The term "safety training" as mentioned in these Measures refers to education and training activities aimed at improving the safety quality of safety supervisors, employees of production and business units and personnel engaged in safety production.
The term "safety inspectors" as mentioned in the preceding paragraph refers to the safety production inspectors and coal mine safety inspectors who are engaged in safety supervision and administrative law enforcement and sent by the safety production supervision and management departments of the people's governments at or above the county level and coal mine safety supervision institutions at all levels; Employees of production and business operation entities refer to the principal responsible persons, safety production management personnel, special operators and other employees of production and business operation entities; Relevant personnel engaged in production safety refer to teachers engaged in safety education and training, registrants of hazardous chemicals registration agencies, personnel undertaking safety evaluation, consultation, testing and inspection, registered safety engineers, emergency rescue personnel in production safety, etc.
It is the legal duty of the production and business operation entities to strengthen the management of safety production training and ensure safety production, and the production and business operation entities shall participate in the training in strict accordance with the organizational arrangements of the relevant departments.
