A copy. China Communication University started preparations on 20 18, and formally established Hainan International College in 2020. Hainan International College is located in Li 'an International Education Innovation Experimental Zone in Lingshui, Hainan, and China Communication University is one of the first universities to stay. The experimental zone is an important part of Hainan Free Trade Port and a pilot project supported by the Ministry of Education to build Hainan into an international educational innovation island.
