The profession of teachers is great, sacred and lofty, and people use too many compliments to describe it. When people trust teachers, it also shows that we should shoulder the responsibility and obligation of teaching and educating people and being teachers in this industry. There are many laws and regulations related to our teachers, such as the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Compulsory Education Law, the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, and so on, all of which need us to learn constantly. Recently, the school organized us to study these educational laws and regulations seriously. Through studying, I have gained a lot and gained a deeper understanding of the profession of teachers. In the process of studying various laws and regulations, my mind and soul have been washed again. The formulation of laws and regulations has pointed out the goal and corrected the direction for our group of educators.
Through the study of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, I realize that education must serve the socialist modernization and must be combined with productive labor to cultivate builders and successors of the socialist cause with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique. As workers in the front line of education, we must conscientiously implement this policy of the party and the state. Teachers should not only educate students to learn cultural knowledge, but also protect each student's personal safety and mental health, so that students can grow up healthily. The Teacher Law not only helps teachers to earn income, but also gives them a code of conduct. Only by learning well can teachers enjoy their rights. In the process of learning, I not only updated my understanding of the law, but also clarified my legal status.
By studying the Compulsory Education Law and the Law on the Protection of Minors, I have more clearly defined the obligations that I should perform as a people's teacher and the code of conduct that I should abide by. Strictly regulate your own thoughts and behaviors in your work, serve students wholeheartedly, satisfy students, reassure parents, get social recognition, and put an end to corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised form, and satirize, satirize, threaten and blame parents.
