The meaning of PDCA cycle is to divide quality management into four stages, namely, planning, implementation, inspection and action. In the quality management activities, it is required to plan, implement and check the implementation effect as planned, and the successful ones will be included in the standards, and the unsuccessful ones will be left to the next cycle.
P: planning stage:

D: implementation stage:
Specific operations, to achieve the content of the plan.
C: inspection stage:
Summarize the results of the implementation plan, distinguish right from wrong, clarify the effect and find out the problems.
A: Processing stage:
The results of the inspection are processed. The successful experience should be affirmed and standardized or made into work instructions for employees to follow in their future work; We should also sum up the lessons of failure and give improvement methods to avoid the recurrence of problems.
The above four processes are not completed at one time, but repeated. One cycle solves some problems, and the unsolved problems will enter the next cycle according to the cost analysis, and so on, until the improvement goal is achieved.
