On the basis of in-depth summary of the pilot experience, the leading group studied and formulated a series of supporting documents and reference materials such as "Program", "Special Treatment Program for Difficult Diseases" and "Compilation of Pilot Experience". The "Plan" focuses on the "four major tasks" and "three links", which clarifies the common requirements of the whole country and leaves room for local exploration. The "Special Treatment Plan for Persistent Diseases" focuses on the treatment of "six persistent diseases", and political and legal units have formulated six treatment plans. The "Compilation of Pilot Experiences" selects good pilot experiences and practices for local reference.
