If the fight causes minor injuries or more, the school can give students the punishment of dropping out of school, and the hitter will bear all the expenses required for the treatment of the injured; 5. If the circumstances are serious and violate the criminal law, the school shall promptly report to the public security organ for handling, and the relevant departments shall investigate the criminal responsibility of the relevant personnel according to law; 6. If the circumstances are minor, the school should give timely guidance and always pay attention to students' mental health and safety.
Legal objectivity:
Article 1200 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that if a person with limited capacity for civil conduct suffers personal injury during his study and life in a school or other educational institution, the school or other educational institution shall bear tort liability. Article 44 of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China: Educatees shall perform the following obligations: (1) Abide by laws and regulations; (2) Abide by students' code of conduct, respect teachers, and develop good ideological and moral character and behavior habits; (three) study hard and complete the prescribed learning tasks; (4) Abide by the management system of schools or other educational institutions. Whoever encroaches on the school buildings, venues and other property of schools and other educational institutions shall bear civil liability according to law. Article 29 of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China Schools and other educational institutions shall exercise the following rights: (1) Autonomous management in accordance with the articles of association; (2) Organizing the implementation of educational and teaching activities; (3) Recruiting students or other educatees; (four) the management of student status, the implementation of incentives or sanctions; (five) to issue corresponding academic certificates to the educated; (six) the appointment of teachers and other employees, the implementation of incentives or sanctions; (seven) the management and use of the facilities and funds of this unit; (eight) to reject any organization or individual's illegal interference in education and teaching activities; (nine) other rights stipulated by laws and regulations. The state protects the lawful rights and interests of schools and other educational institutions from infringement. Article 43 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment, whoever beats others, or intentionally hurts others' bodies, shall be detained for more than 5 days 10 and fined for more than 200 yuan and less than 500 yuan, detained for less than 5 days or fined for less than 500 yuan. Under any of the following circumstances, the offender shall be detained for more than 10 and less than 15, and fined for more than 500 yuan and less than 1000 yuan: (1) gang beating and injuring others; (2) Beating or injuring the disabled, pregnant women,/kloc-persons under 0/4 years of age or persons over 60 years of age; (3) Beating or injuring others for many times or beating or injuring more than one person at a time.
