Don't first-class builders need continuing education?
First-class builders need further study! First-class registered construction engineers should master the relevant laws, regulations, standards and norms of engineering construction through continuing education, enhance their professional ethics and awareness of honesty and law-abiding, be familiar with new methods and technologies of engineering construction project management, sum up experiences and lessons in their work, and constantly improve their comprehensive quality and practical ability.

Continuing education adopts the credit system, and each registration cycle should receive 60 credits. Registered two or more majors, each additional major should also increase the corresponding professional 30 credits.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development implements unified supervision and management of the continuing education of registered construction engineers nationwide, the relevant departments in the State Council are responsible for the supervision and management of the continuing education of registered construction engineers at the professional level, and the competent departments of housing and urban-rural construction of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government are responsible for the supervision and management of the continuing education of local registered construction engineers.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development shall, jointly with the competent departments of water conservancy, transportation, industry and information technology, railways, civil aviation and other relevant industry associations in the State Council, organize the formulation of the teaching syllabus for continuing education of first-class registered construction engineers, compile comprehensive teaching materials, and establish a test bank. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development entrusts the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's Practice Qualification Registration Center to establish a first-class construction engineer continuing education learning quality test bank.

The relevant departments and relevant industry associations in the State Council are responsible for the compilation of professional textbooks for continuing education of registered construction engineers, the drafting of course credits and the compilation of professional examination propositions.
