, classified management. The school will classify and manage according to the nature and characteristics of studying abroad in China at present.
, cost sharing. The cost of continuing education (tuition, transportation and accommodation) is mainly borne by the school. In principle, the unit where the learner belongs and the learner himself should bear a certain proportion of continuing education expenses.
Total control, moderate cultivation. That is to say, the individual full-time study limit and the total study fee are controlled.
, sign dispatch, compensation for breach of contract. Before going out for further study, all kinds of students must sign a study agreement with their school and department, clarify the responsibilities and rights of the three parties, effectively improve the benefit of study and ensure the effect of study. Where the defaulting party fails to perform their respective duties according to the provisions of the agreement, it shall compensate the observant party for economic losses and liquidated damages according to the provisions of the agreement.

Academic education refers to the learning behavior of teachers and staff in our school to study for master's and doctor's degrees and return to work after obtaining them.
Graduates with relevant academic qualifications can apply for master's or doctor's degree only after the service period expires.

If the school approves the application for directional or entrusted doctoral degree, the above three expenses will be borne by the school in full.
Each department may, according to the examination conditions stipulated by the school, and according to the work performance and the actual work needs of the department, put forward the proposal of approving teachers to apply for further education or postpone the examination one day in advance, and implement it after being approved by the school. Those who apply for a master's degree in our school in advance shall be subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph. Those who apply for admission to other schools in advance must bear% of the tuition fees, and the part that should be borne by the school should be reduced accordingly.
The school encourages faculty and staff to apply for master's or doctoral degrees on the job. The expenses incurred before obtaining a master's or doctoral degree shall be borne by the individual. After obtaining the degree, the school will reimburse the related expenses, including the hard sleeper train fee for each round trip, the accommodation fee approved in advance and the tuition fee approved in advance. Full-time counselors can apply for a major authorized by our master's degree after serving for two years. () Senior visiting scholars shall publish at least one paper in the core journals of their major as an author and in the name of Xinjiang Normal University from the date of study to half a year after study.

Foreign language training

Four, the examination and approval procedures of continuing education
At the beginning of school, each department should draw up its own education plan and report it to the personnel department.
All teachers who plan to go abroad for further study should apply to their departments at least months before the estimated time of going abroad for further study. Educators who are interested in pursuing academic qualifications (except for on-the-job degree applications) must apply to their departments at least half a day before the start of application.
The applicant himself fills in the Approval Form for Teachers' Domestic Continuing Education in Xinjiang Normal University, and the department leaders sign the recommendation according to the department's continuing education plan and report it to the Ministry of Personnel for approval.
Anyone who intends to go abroad for further study must truthfully declare his past study to the school. Those who practise fraud, once verified, are not allowed to go out for further study within two days.

Anyone who leaves our school or resigns before reaching the service life must compensate the school for related economic losses and liquidated damages. If there is a clear agreement in the prior agreement, the amount of compensation shall be implemented in accordance with the agreement. The total cost of further education includes salary, transportation fee between the place of further education and the school, accommodation fee, commission or orientation fee during further education, and welfare fee of our school during further education. The expenses originally paid by the compensation department shall be returned to the original department in proportion.
Other matters of intransitive verbs
Any teacher who has been approved by the school to go out for further study must sign a further study agreement with the school and the department where he works before further study, so as to clarify the rights and obligations of all parties. If you are unwilling to sign a continuing education agreement with the school and its department, the school will not handle any continuing education procedures. Those who have not signed a continuing education agreement with the school and its department and enjoy the treatment of continuing education in the school shall be deemed to have signed a continuing education agreement with the school and its department.
Any teacher who continues to study with the approval of the school who gives up the application and learning opportunities for his own reasons shall be regarded as giving up the opportunity to continue learning automatically at one time, and shall not apply and go out to continue learning within two days.
Those who apply for graduate students (including master's degree and doctor's degree, the same below) must reach the required service life when they come to work in our school. Those who are approved by the school to apply for the unified postgraduate entrance examination but fail the examination are not allowed to apply for the unified postgraduate entrance examination within two weeks from September of the examination. Graduate students are not allowed to become orientation students or entrusted students.
In principle, the school does not allow people with academic qualifications to continue their studies, that is, they are not allowed to continue their postgraduate studies and doctoral studies. Special circumstances need to connect readers, approved by the school leaders in charge, according to the relevant provisions of the school.
All learners should complete their learning tasks with good quality and quantity according to the pre-agreed learning time. If the learning task is not completed after the expiration of the study period, the fees paid by the school will be refunded; In case of extension, all expenses (including salary) shall be borne by yourself. Education can be extended by up to half.
All full-time trainees (except for applying for a degree on the job) are not allowed to go abroad or leave the country during the study period (except for attending short-term academic conferences and academic exchanges).
Except for force majeure, all full-time learners are not allowed to leave school on their own, and they are required to refund all the fees paid by the school without justifiable reasons.
Other continuing education matters not clearly stipulated in these Measures shall be handled by the personnel department according to the basic principles of the management of continuing education for faculty and staff in China.
These Measures are not applicable to the continuing education of teaching staff in affiliated middle schools in accordance with its relevant provisions. ,
