Identification stage
Identity is to actively accept the influence of others in thought, emotion, attitude and behavior, and make one's attitude and behavior close to others. Identity is essentially an imitation of an example, and its starting point is to try to be consistent with the example.
Internalization stage
Internalization refers to keeping consistent with other people's ideas and viewpoints, and integrating one's own ideas with one's original views and beliefs to form a complete value system. In the internalization stage, the individual's behavior has a high degree of consciousness and initiative, and it is firm, which is manifested as "wealth can't be lewd, poverty can't be moved, and powerful people can't bend". At this point, a stable attitude and moral character have been formed.
