The national online e-student ID number is a student's personal identity code (19 digits) and a unified code for the basic information of the personnel in the education system. It consists of type code (1 digit), citizen identity number (18 digits) or personal identity self-coding (18 digits). The self-coding of personal identification (18 digits) is when the education individual has no citizenship number (second generation) or the original citizenship number is unavailable; According to these rules, the Ministry of Education gives the educatee an educational identity number, and the personal identity self-coding (18 bits) is a characteristic combination code, which consists of a 17-bit digital ontology code and a check code. The order from left to right is: six-digit address code, eight-digit date of birth code, three-digit serial code and one-digit check code.
